Back squat 4X2 @ 92 % + 1 @ 95%

Part 2:

4 Rounds Amrap –

2:30 Per rounds 90 sec rest.

Right arm 5 – 1arm KB deadlifts/ 5 KB Squat cleans/ 5 Front rack lunges R leg. Repeat with left side. Blue/Green Rounds 1 & 3 Front lunges. Rounds 2 & 4 Side lunges
