STRENGTH:

Part 1:

4X10 kneeling landmine press 4X10 DB Pull overs 4X10 KB Strict press

Part 2:

16 Min EMOM M1 18/15 Cal Row M2 – 15 KB Swings black/ blue M3 – 10 V ups

OLYMPIC LIFTING:

Part 1:

Power Snatch to Max (Must catch the bar above 90 degrees)

Part 2:

Jerk From Rack 5×2 at 80% (thats all sets at 80 %)
