Announcing BIRTHFIT postpartum series

By: 0

Now that you’ve brought a baby into the world, it’s time to rehab your body, mind, and soul!

In this eight-session group training series, you will learn to:

  • Honor your postpartum body

  • Establish a solid core foundation

  • Wake up your posterior chain

  • And enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks

In addition to fitness, this series will also cover a range of lifestyle topics relevant to new moms, including the best foods to eat, mindset practices, diaphragmatic breathing, and how to warm up your body for movement, heal diastasis, heal incontinence, strengthen your pelvic floor, and more.

The principles of this series are derived from the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) school of thought, established by the Prague School in the Czech Republic. This philosophy is widely used by chiropractors, pelvic floor specialists, trainers, doulas, midwives, and coaches.

PLEASE NOTE: This series is open to NEW MOMS ONLY and is not appropriate for women who are currently pregnant.

Come prepared to move, sweat, and connect with other new moms!
