April #ExtraCreditChallenge – Week 1 mobility flow

It’s the first week of our April #ExtraCreditChallenge, so let’s start the month off right! As a reminder, this month’s challenge is:

Dedicate 5 minutes per day to your choice of mobility (outside of class).

This may seem like a mundane challenge on the surface, but part of the challenge here is changing behavior and building habit. Many of our athletes work on their mobility outside of class on a regular basis. But the challenge this month is to do at least 5 minutes of mobility outside of class, day in and day out, for the full month.
