Why did you start Crossfit? I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, and going to a normal gym was so boring. Every day was the same!!!

What were your goals when you started Crossfit? To lose some weight and get a healthier body .

How has Crossfit differed from your former training? OMG! EVERYTHING!

What type of results have you seen with Crossfit? More energy during the day, better posture.

How would you describe your experience at Crossfit Hoboken? Best one on Earth! Coaches are awesome, very nice employees. I love waking up at 4am(people think I am nuts) to go to the box for the 5 am class,to me that is not a sacrifice at all. Crossfit Hoboken is family ☺

Any advice for new members? Be consistent, patient, try your best every day, have fun! Crossfit is awesome.

What would you like to accomplish in the next year in your own fitness? Improve my technique and work on my snatch.

What does a typical day of food look like for you?

Breakfast- Pita bread with a slice of cheese, a cup of Kefir yogurt

Lunch- Some type of protein- Usually ground beef with rice and beans, carrots, broccoli or asparagus

Snack – ½ avocado with lime and stevia- Brazilian way to eat avocado lol 

Dinner- breaded chicken, sweet potatoes and some asparagus

Why did you start Crossfit? 

I decided to start CrossFit because I was looking for something that would challenge not only my body but myself. Taking classes that I thought I wouldn’t be able to do but as time has passed I have only gotten better and that’s a feeling I can’t explain.   

What were your goals when you started Crossfit?

My goals when I started CrossFit were to get stronger and faster and be able to do moves I thought I’d never see myself doing. 

How has Crossfit differed from your former training? 

What type of results have you seen with Crossfit?

The results I have gotten so far have been getting stronger, faster and being able to maintain my body on track for whenever a difficult challenge occurs. 

How would you describe your experience at Crossfit Hoboken?

This has honestly been the best experience I have ever experienced. Out of all the gyms ive tired I have never been to a gym like this one. I honestly never see myself leaving from here!!!

Any advice for new members?

My advice for the new member’s is to just get ready to have fun !

What would you like to accomplish in the next year in your own fitness?

My goal for next year is to just continue growing as a person and keep accomplishing my fitness goals on getting the movements down pack and being able to finish most of the workouts. 

What does a typical day of food look like for you?

A typical day of food to me is some brown rice, beans, grilled chicken and some veggies.
