Coach Alex’s butterfly pull-up progression

Hey athletes! Coach Alex put together the below video to demonstrate some easy drills that you can use to progress to the butterfly pull-up. Hope they help!

PLEASE NOTE: Butterfly pull-ups put a ton of stress on the shoulder joint, so only athletes who have command of strict pull-ups (at least 3-5 unbroken) and kipping pull-ups (8-10 unbroken) should attempt to develop the butterfly.
