WOD #1 – “Boxes & Bells”

8 min AMRAP ladder:
4-8-12-16-20… etc
Hang KB snatches (Rx: 70/53) (Sc: 53/35)
Burpee box jump overs (All: 24″/20″)
**30 DUs between rounds**

Scaled competitors may choose to perform 30 DUs or 60 SUs but must specify with their judge beforehand and may not switch mid-workout; reps of the non-specified movement will not be counted.


WOD #2 – Squat clean speed ladder

Round 1
For time, complete 1 squat clean at each of 5 ascending weights:

Round 2
The 12 athletes from each division with the fastest times on Round 1 will advance to a 2nd round, consisting of 1 squat clean at each of 5 ascending weights:

Time cap: 2:00

All bars will be preloaded with the prescribed weights and arranged in ascending order in each athlete’s lane. Once a squat clean is completed at a prescribed weight, the athlete may proceed to the next bar.


WOD #3 – “F*ck you Fran”

Rx
12-9-6 reps for time of:
Thrusters (155/105)
Ring muscle-ups (Women 9-6-3)

Time cap: 7:00

Scaled
12-9-6 reps for time of:
Thrusters (125/85)
Pull-ups (Men chest-to-bar)

Time cap: 6:00


Floater WOD – “AssaulteD”

2:00 to complete:
Assault bike calories (Rx: 30/20) (Sc: 25/15)
Max D-ball over the shoulder in remaining time (Rx: 100/70) (Sc: 70/50)

Score = Total reps of D-ball over the shoulder
Tiebreaker = Time to complete assault bike calories

**The Floater WOD must be completed between the start of WOD 1 and the start of WOD 3**
