R4 – 2 reps @ 85%

R5 – Max Reps @ 90%

 

Every 3 mins X 6 Rounds

10 Cal Row

10 Power Cleans 135/95

10 Pull Ups

10 Wall Balls 20/14

 

Adding 1 rep Every round, if you get time capped head back to 10 reps
