Program Details & Description

CrossFit Hoboken is an official HYROX Training Club! HYROX training sessions are tailored to improve an athlete's cardiovascular and strength conditioning with the HYROX race format in mind. 


These sessions are geared toward athletes who are preparing for a HYROX race or are looking for a great workout. HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations where athletes can expect to ski, row, run, and perform sled pull/pushes, farmer carrys, burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.
